Radeon Pro cards are often locked out of overclocking in software. Can editing the BIOS yield big gaming performance gains?
I've done this on the WX 4100 and WX 5100 but the same principles should apply to the WX 4300, WX 3100, WX 2100, and RX 580/590/570 cards.
