Phase One, consisting of the Adaptive Reuse of existing structures on this ten-hectare former textile factory in Calamba, Laguna, was inaugurated on Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Phase Two, consisting of new structures, including a car museum, the 12-story Hyundai Academy, and Center for Climate Change, will begin construction in early 2016. Phase One won Kamagong, the highest rank of the GREEEN rating System of the Philippine Green Building Initiative.
