VW T5 / T5.1 Transporter Facelift Headlight Connectors PIN Removal
How to remove the pins from T5 headlight connectors.
The tool used is a Laser 3932 Terminal Tool available on eBay and Amazon for under £10
Pin transfer is as follows, Old T5 to new T5.1
Left / Passenger Side
PIN 1 - PIN 1: Purple / Yellow; Headlamp Leveler
PIN 2 - PIN 7: Empty;
PIN 3 - PIN 3: Thin Brown; Ground
PIN 4 - PIN 5: Thick Brown; Ground
PIN 5 - PIN 2: Red / Blue; Headlamp Leveler
PIN 6 - PIN 9: Black / White; Indicator
PIN 7 - PIN 6: Yellow Black; Dipped Beam
PIN 8 - PIN 5: Thin/Medium Brown; Ground
PIN 9 - PIN 8: White / Black; Main Beam
PIN 10 - PIN 10: Purple / Black; Sidelight
Right / Drivers Side
PIN 1 - PIN 1: Yellow / Grey; Headlamp Leveler
PIN 2 - PIN 7: Empty;
PIN 3 - PIN 3: Thin Brown; Ground
PIN 4 - PIN 5: Thick Brown; Ground
