It's sometimes tempting to try to "Solve" a problem before we really "Understand" the problem.
Building a better process begins with doing a better job of identifying the problem, exploring the problem and defining the problem.
Once we truly understand a problem, there are a lot of talented people who can that solve the problem!
This also helps us avoid assumptions that may inhibit our ability to discover great solutions.
A better process can yield better performance. This is the time for a new start and it's a great time for a better process.
The foundation of that better process is building better teams and building a proactive model.
