Can You Walk 105000 Steps In A Day?
There is no real reason for me to do this, other when asking my self why not?
Zero prep and Zero training... I really hate cardio....
I wondered if I could complete 105K steps in one day or roughly 50 miles walking. Little did I know how much of an adventure this really would turn into.
