هر که دلارام دید
Whoever sighted the sweetheart,
calm left hes heart.
Does not expect escape to freedom,
whoever went for this bait.
هر که دلارام دید از دلش آرام رفت
چشم ندارد خلاص هر که در این دام رفت
In my whole life if I breath a moment with you,
that is the yield of my life,
the rest of days are just gone.
گر به همه عمر خویش با تو برآرم دمی
حاصل عمر آن دمست باقی ایام رفت
Your memory was passing by
when I became your lover and lost my heart;
you dropped the veil, the work was done.
یاد تو میرفت و ما عاشق و بیدل شدیم
پرده برانداختی کار به اتمام رفت
In my whole life if I breath a moment with you,

گر به همه عمر خویش با تو برآرم دمی
حاصل عمر آن دمست باقی ایام رفت
We stride head-on for our friends,
one who strolled could not prevail.
ما قدم از سر کنیم در طلب دوستان
راه به جایی نبرد هر که به اقدام رفت
