Today I fix the school system in the 3 following aspects: administrative effort reduction (see UPS and FEDEX), maximized effectiveness with small groups (see Amazon), and next-step accountability (see how factories have worked for centuries).
This is opposed to the redundant work of administrators now, the massive and collectivist responsibility for curriculum, and the remote and apathetic standards creators at the board of ed.
