Fenugreek Water For Hair Growth
In this video, I show you how I make my DIY fenugreek spray.
I use this spray as a quick refresher/moisturizer (when my hair is in a protective style), as a leave-in, and as a hair growth spritz (focusing on my scalp)
Instructions/Measurements
Add two tablespoons of fenugreek (methi) seeds to a jar/container of choice (preferably with a lid)
Add one cup of warm water
Cover and let sit for at least 8 hours
Storage
Refrigerate for approximately one to two weeks (max)
