This is the super popular '3 fenced in houses' South-South-East of the Festival grounds on the east edge of Louisville.
This save is on Builder default loot rarity & zombie settings in Sandbox mode. No Zombie Respawn, vehicle condition & gas set to Average, 2-hour days, Rainfall set at DRY. I manually looted everything you see - no debug or item spawning.
Mods are I Don’t Need a Lighter, Filibuster’s Used Cars, Autotsar’s Battle Bus, Nissan 240sx and a few others that add vehicles. At the end I used Clean Dirt, Repair Roads and Fix Cracks in Walls to ease my OCD.
Almost a full year in game on 2-hour days. That’s about 520 hours in this save. Around 2500 Zombies killed. Several close calls, I fell thru the floor once due to a demolish bug and died. Thank goodness I had a save backup. 2 scratches that did not turn me. Lucky. There was a LOT of looting involved.
