Today we have a cautionary tale, DO NOT UPGRADE TO WEAR OS 3.0 on the Fossil Gen 6 Smartwatch! For the past year, we have loved the Gen 6 Smartwatch running the earlier Android Wear OS 2 version. The 3.0 update is now available, and it is clearly not ready for the Fossil Gen 6. Hopefully updates will come soon to make the experience better!
