Loud exhaust and music at night is zulm / Advice
Allah says in the Quran: "Do not think that Allah is unaware of what the oppressors do. He will defer their punishment until a Day when the eyes will widen in fear." (Surah Ibrahim, verse 42).
Muslims, heed this ominous warning! Come to your senses, for this is not a message from a superior, but a command and a threat from our Creator. Is it really possible to be so careless and indifferent? How long are we going to enjoy the blessings bestowed upon us by Allah and repay Him with ingratitude and disobedience? Isn't it time to come to our senses and repent?
Know that the sin of oppression is so dangerous that Allah does not forgive it until the one whose rights you have violated forgives it. Therefore, even if you have nevertheless oppressed someone and decided to repent and choose the path of the Almighty, abandoning obedience to the devil, you should know that we will still have to answer for those oppressions on the Day of Judgment if the oppressed one has not forgiven you.
