How to Organize Your Pantry/Kitchen

Here's a video showing how my pantry is currently organized. It's not a huge space, but it's the ideal place to create a small, easily conserved stock in case of supplies or small emergencies (we all have days when we can't go grocery shopping as planned, right?)

One of my New Year's resolutions is to remodel this space and make the most of the space, which is why I'm changing the current layout. However, I thought it might be helpful for you to see it as it is now, both to get some ideas on how to begin reorganizing a similar space and to see the difference between it and what it will look like in the future.
The ideas can also be applied to cupboards used as a pantry, kitchen cabinets, and even individual components in general.
The goal is to take the ideas that work for you and start implementing them in your own home.
I hope this is helpful, and Happy New Year to everyone!
