Pokemon Singles is a world where Legendary Pokemon may be used.
Legendary is a broad term, and there is a distinction to be made between Sub-Legendaries and Restricted, or "Box" Legendaries.
Box Legendaries tend to be much more powerful, so much so that they are restricted in official events. This means they're either banned entirely or only a limited amount of them can be used on a team.
