Low Cost Mobile App Codeless Test Creation
ADB WebUI provides a low cost ($249 USD) solution to automate creation of tests for mobile applications. ADB WebUI solves the problems related to use of earlier test creation tools which incorporate object locator (tags) for testing mobile web applications. Modern mobile responsive web apps require testing methods to ensure detection of object location changes. The earlier object based test creation methods will not detect this type of failure.
With ADB WebUI the user defined base image must match (pixel-for-pixel) the newly captured or the test will fail. While this method requires creation of tests specific to device screen size and build number, it's implementation is codeless, quick, and easy.
