Forever Promise Chapter - 16
I've written several books that I just threw in the drawer and did nothing with. Some of them were "experiments" in various writing styles and genres to learn about "what makes that kind of book tick" and were never meant for publication.
Well, I decided it would be fun to dust off one of these rough first drafts and share it with you good people as a free audiobook available to listen to on Youtube.
As I mention in the author's note, this is a bit of a "time capsule" of around the year 2000 when it was written, it's amazing how much things have changed. This was pre-9/11, pre "cell-phones-in-every-pocket", the internet was in it's infancy and newspapers still used film to shoot pictures.
The genre is "G-rated romance" since I had no interest in writing sex scenes, and it's fairly short. For publication it would have had to be fleshed out a bit more.
