The ending/staff roll BGM for the Wily Tower mode of Rockman Mega World (and thus the game as a whole)
Though defeated, Wily tosses a bomb at Rock in the middle of his usual grovelling schtick and makes a break for it while our hero is busy dodging it. Cue Rock chasing Wily into the hills as Wily Tower crumbles into rubble. Unfortunately, the mad doctor is rescued by his UFO just as Rockman is about to capture him, ending the game on a "here we go again" style note.
