A Good Old-Fashioned Christmas Whisky
Each year, we like to create a special whisky to celebrate the festive season. A Good Old-Fashioned Christmas Whisky 2022 was particularly successful, so we knew we needed an exceptional dram to follow it up. We searched every region of Scotland, before settling on a small parcel of sherry butts filled with Speyside single malt. Each one had qualities that made us think of Christmas: the first-fill casks showed powerful notes of chocolate, nuts, and sultanas while refills offered stewed fruits, candied peel and warming spices.
