Currently on April 2021, the Proposal for a Regulation on AI was published laying down rules on deployment and use of AI systems in the EU, prohibitions of certain practices, specific requirements, obligations for operators of “high-risk” AI systems, transparency rules and rules on market monitoring and surveillance.
