Half life anti piracy measure (ps2 port)
This is what happens when you attempt to pirate half-life on PlayStation 2
I found his from a former valve employee who worked on game design. It worked by using the wobble groove on the PlayStation 2 discs and if there was no wobble groove the code for the anti-piracy measure would execute at the end of chapter 1. was also able to make some sounds higher quality by simply customizing the sound files.
