Love this song, full of anger and at the same time so sad.. it's fits well with their relationship. Specially like the line "I'm a selfish bastard
but at least I'm not alone" because Dean leaves Bela in that motel room waiting for hellhounds (I hate when Dean did that but I understand him too) and she is alone seeing her death as long as he is with Sam.
