Ride a Muse, Tame the Tide, Fly in Ether - FULL ALBUM
This album tells the story of learning to use a muse for artistic accomplishments. Entitled 'Ride a Muse, Tame the Tide, Fly in Ether', Manukapp takes on different emotional perspectives on the experience of having a – female in his case – muse: going from chaos, admiration, riding and taming.
The first song represents the tide that a Muse brings - which needs to be tamed eventually (Corazon de Melon (The Tide)). Second song is the admiration of the Muse: the source of inspiration. This is followed by an interlude that states the message of the album (Pretty Julieta (The Source)).
The third song represents the challenge of riding the Muse's inspiration through the chaos into creation (Ride a Muse).
The fourth song is flying in the ether: now the energy is tamed, and you can channel ancestral power into ambitions (Ether Noddah ft. Tayvon).
Sixth song is a type of Coda. We come back to Ride a Muse, but now at the 3rd chorus of the song - you are now driving through: perseverance and regulation (Ride a Muse (Driver’s Edition))
Manukapp encapsulates in this EP how he learned to use his muse for ambitions.
