Lynch is a Distinguished Fellow at the Energy Policy Research Foundation and President of Strategic Energy and Economic Research. He has been a researcher at the MIT Energy Laboratory and Center for International Studies. He has served as chief energy economist at IHS Global Insight and is a past president of the US Association for Energy Economics. He’s here to discuss his book, "The Peak Oil Scare and the Coming Oil Flood" and other energy matters.
