HOUSE TOUR | The $9000 HazMat House
Boy, I did not know what I was getting into with this property. We purchased it for $9000 and now we're seeing the inside for the first time.
We've got some water issues, missing ceilings, some soft floors, and don't even think about what that pile of stuff is over in the corner. But, honestly, I've seen worse.
Would you take kids...I mean house-flippers-in-training...into this one? I brought along the whole family (and my videographer's family too, lol). Because the family that survives hazardous materials together, sticks together.
