The only EMD E5 Operating in the World! Burlington Zephyr
Rock Island, Illinois was the site for the 2011 Train-Fest. On Sunday July 24, 2011 The only E5 left operating in the World, the Burlington Route Zephyr From the Illinois Railroad Museum made its way from Rock Island to Bureau Junction, Illinois. It was dressed-up as the "Nebraska Zephyr"
I followed the Zephyr from Tiskawa to Bureau, and then back to Sheffield, Illinois.
