There's a range of outfits to choose from and you'll have to control the layout of your store including buying new rails and fitting rooms, while trying to keep your stock replenished and organised.

While working in retail isn't the most exciting career in the world (been there and done that for a few too many years) but this game accurately represents a day (or 3) in the life of that poor girl or guy behind the counter.
