Samsung S22 Ultra wifi connection issue
I was told to upload this video to show the problem of S22 ultra not able detecting connecting to wifi 6E network by Samsung Support. Here we can see clearly while in the same network environment, S8 Tab ultra and S23 Ultra can find and connect to SN6, but not the S22 ultra. After restarting, the problem is solved, but it will be back later.
It has been more than a month from the start of this repair. Carried the phone to Samsung Store, explained clearly to the experts, that the Wifi 6E connection is not stable, will not be able to detect and connect a few hours to a few days after restarting the phone. Only thing the experts have done was factory resetting and said the phone is NOT faulty and give me a QC pass certificate. The problem happens again immediately after getting back from Samsung experts. Without any restoring of any data, absolute a waste of time for travelling.
The video shown here is after full restore, while the S23 ultra has the same restore, S22 Ultra won’t able to find and connect wifi 6E network. It is a very frustrating situation while Samsung selling a phone with £1,499 price tag, but not able to make it do basics like connect to wifi stably. Btw, now the finger printer sensor starts failing as well.
