Symmetric Key Encryption - Explained
Well everyone agrees on encryption being a mandatory aspect of a database most people don't understand how encryption works and treated like a black box where they expect a certain amount of input to go in and encrypted data to come out. This video I get in straight how encryption actually works and therefore give the user a better understanding of the different moving parts associated with encryption. The video doesn't cover things like certificates encryption keys as much as the mathematical principles that go behind it. Understanding these concepts will help the user appreciate the different options available and the way the algorithms are used or could be misused.
