Up until a few months ago, I never really quite understood how we should actually be studying for our exams. After AS-Level, I drove a bit deeper into research & science based learning & thats where I came across active recall & spaced repition. This is the first video of a new series I'm starting where we'll go over the different study techniques and look at the scientific evidence behind them.
