Chocolate chip cookie dough:
1 1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon dried milk powder(optional)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Brownie cookie dough:
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon dried milk powder(optional)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
12 ounces bittersweet chocolate
Flakey Salt
Bake 375°F for 18-22 minutes
