The Nav bar is Designed by Orman Clarck for PremiumPixeles.com, the Original Preview of the review is like this:

So on this Nav Bar I've used the "nav" HTML5 Element that I've used in the previous Nav bar, but this is with notification, and I've made the notification with the span that I've Positioned it Absolutely to the "li" Element of the nav bar, just to position it as we like.
Also I've putted on it the "Prefixfree" Javascript Library which will lets me use only Unprefixed CSS properties everywhere. this Library works behind the scenes, adding the current browser's prefix to any CSS code, only when it's needed.
