TRU MARK capsule filler is hand operated 300hole bench top model to fill powder in hard gelatine capsules, we also make capsule loader to load empty capsule in tray of capsule filler machine, loader can load a tray in 30 second saving on time of manual loading process 7 hence increasing production upto 8000-10000 capsule per hour.
capsule filler machine comes for different size capsule like size 0, 1,2,3,4,5 & 00 etc , multiple size can be done in single machine with the help of change parts
we also make other related machine like semi & auto capsule filler, foil sealer, capsule counter & labeling machinery
operation:
first capsule body & cap is separated and the powder is filled & then the body & cap are pressed together to lock the capsule.
