3rd Gen Federal Signal 2001-SRN Noon Blast (Short Alert) | Whitehall WI
So today I decided to hit this 2001 since I had nothing better to do today. I kinda forgot about this siren doing a noon blast but since it’s only about 40 minutes away from me I said why the hell not. There is a noon blast recording of this siren but the video isn’t that good because it went off early and the recorder missed the windup. I got here at about 11:38AM and got setup across the street. I started recording at 11:49AM just to be sure I would capture the test in case it went off early. A couple minutes before the test a bunch of bikers rolled through and I was thankful that they passed before the siren went off. At 11:59AM this thing fired up and wasn’t to loud. I’m glad I got a good recording of this siren and another noon blast to check off my list. This is the first 3rd Gen SRN I have heard. The city of Whitehall also has 2 FS 2001-130’s. Enjoy!
