Roasted Tomato soup
I'm obsessed with this delicious roasted tomato soup recipe by @a_sutherland_belle

I left out the grilled cheese croutons and I used grape tomatoes because all the other organic tomatoes looked sickly.
It came out amazing and it was actually a little easier than the first time I made it with heirloom tomatoes.
