How Network Source of Truth Transformed Customer Provisioning and Team Dynamics - Baptiste Girard
At Expereo we kicked off our network automation journey by introducing Nautobot in our IT landscape. Consolidating network data into a single source of truth allowed us to cover various use-cases from allocating assets to customers to reporting on resource management and ultimately all the way to network configuration automation. As part of the journey, we tackled fundamental aspects of modern network operations, such as Data Governance and Service Definitions. In this session I will explore how we built our source of truth at Expereo and go over a few features the team developed on top. Then we will take a step back to reflect on the consequences it had on the organisation as well as some lessons we learnt along the way.
