Upgrade Windows 11 On Unsupported Hardware - Receive Win11 Update?

Hello everyone, today I'm going to check to see if Windows 11 receives a new update after upgrading from Windows 10 on unsupported hardware.
According to PC Health Check software, my machine is ineligible for Windows 11 upgrade because it lacks a TPM and the CPU is not supported.
