Penguins Can't Fly, Right?
This is a pretty rare one. I can pretty much tell that this bumper (Example: it's visual background) was barely shown before a break during the early stages of the A-Z marathon and even maybe before it. Spotted it after a Housemartins video in the early 'C's' (air date: January 12th, VHS rip from my buddy, Will) when they show these online backstory articles on musicians and anything music related in these visual bumpers around said maybe before and early parts of the marathon before the concert tour dates in 'D' until the 'Y's.
