FJ Cruiser MOD - Transfer Case Switch Bypass
I show you my FJ Cruiser's transfer case switch bypass modification. In this modification, I cut the wires to the existing switches in my transfer case, spliced them, and connected them onto new switches on my dash. The switch bypass will now allow me to activate 4WD, my rear differential lock, and my A-Trac properly. The reason for this modification is because these transfer case switches failed over time due to lack of use. The factory switches will filled with gunk, which affected the contact and didn't allow the circuit to close.
