It's difficult to beat the joinery strength of a tenon. Accurate tenon joints are rock solid and not difficult to make. I decided to tackle the castle joint with the use of this woodworking tenoning jig. This joinery method can look really difficult. All of the boards have to align perfectly. When they do, your woodworking project looks otherworldly! Here’s the thing…this isn’t a difficult woodworking joint to make. It actually pretty simple and just takes a little bit of planning. Another massive positive for using this joinery technique is it requires no real measuring. You’ll notice in the video that I don’t take any measurements. I simply reference lumber off of each other. Eliminating the math helps to eliminate the errors.
