Novum - Granular Spectacular!
Novum is the most amazing granular synth I've ever seen. It subdivides a sound into 6 separate layers that you can process separately, or all together either. Lots of great presets to get you started, and it's simple to load your own sounds into it too for some granular mayhem. Just drag and drop! You can get all sorts of wonderful sounds from this between lush pads and utter granular chaos! Such a fun synth to play with!

Oh by the way, although it's a Windows vst, I managed to get it working perfectly on Linux with yabridge. Beautiful technology! Incidentally, Peter (of Dawesome) is working on a Linux version of Novum that we'll hopefully see sometime next year.
