For those stuck without being able to see the quest to start the unlock. Please take a look at the information below.
In order to start the quest you must being with opening the heart forge so you can also unlock nazjatar. Once in Nazjatar you must quest until you have the ability to see world quests there. After you can see them you are able to open mechagon. Links below for more detailed information.
