1HVG - 2.7 Single-celled organisms
In the videos about the previous basic substances, we looked at organs, tissues, and cells, and how they work together so that the organism, such as humans, can function properly. However, there are also organisms that consist of only one cell and can manage entirely on their own. They do not need tissues or organ systems to function. In this video, we look at the two best-known examples: the amoeba and the paramecium.
