S-3 and S-4 are hard versions of S-1 and S-2. On S-3 the enemies are on the red version which is more tanky and deals more damage and on S-4 DP is not regenerated (recommend bringing Vanguard/DP printer).
On S-4 you may hear a leak sound, but you don't have to worry since it is just drone support.
