Stacy Wakefield passes away at 53
On February 28, 2024, Stacy Wakefield, the widow of longtime Major League Baseball Pitcher Tim Wakefield, died at the age of 53 years old, from cancer nearly five months to the day after he died, the family announced. Stacy Wakefield died after battling pancreatic cancer. Tim Wakefield died October 1, 2023, from brain cancer at age 57 years old.
