The essence of this regulation is that any owner of an independent solar station can sell surplus electricity to the central grid. An independent solar power station is necessary when there is no power supply at all on the site or there are interruptions in supply. In addition to solar panels and an inverter, such a station requires a battery and a controller. To choose the right battery, you need to know your home's average daily electricity consumption. There are also backup solar power systems that allow you to use both solar power and grid power. A separate room is required for such a system. Below is an example of a power system based on a lithium-ion battery. It is completely autonomous and simultaneously interacts with and can draw power from the grid if the batteries are depleted.
