Snowhotel building 2017
See how the Snowhotel came to life in December 2017. Every year from 2006 until 2018 we built the snowhotel from scratch in a few hectic weeks. In 2018 we decided to try an ever crazier project - keeping the Snowhotel 365 days a year, even through the mild Kirkenes summer. As the first in the world, me managed to make a man-made glacier in Kirkenes, and we can now offer a glimpse into winter wonderland for our guests all year.
