Blue Gill Smackdown 2023
There is no better way to get a child hooked on fishing than sight fishing bedded fish and these blue gill and sunfish are no exception. This was a morning trip with my daughter, probably 3 hours on the water. The fish were everywhere and they were angry. So much fun. Freezer is stocked. Bluegill might be the most underrated table fair there is. These are my absolute favorite fish for frying.
