All tracks were made on the guitar with the exception of the singing tracks and high hat (vocals). The drum beat is a combination of 2 sounds - tapping the back of the guitar and hitting the strings against the fret board.
The low E is dropped to D. Otherwise standard tuning. Effects were added to the sampled bits using Audacity software
