I saw the Sally Hansen Unicorn, Crystal, and Sugar top coats in the store over the summer and I knew I needed to test them out. One was a clear winner in my eyes, but I'm curious to know what you think too! Feel free to leave a comment on your favorite top coat.
I also compared one of the top coats with a Holo Taco polish (Cosmic Unicorn Skin), which had some similarities and differences.
