PAPER HOT AIR BALLOON | SCRAPBOOKING
Hello again, lovelies!
As I showed you yesterday on the Reels tab of my Instagram profile, in today's tutorial, we're going to make this beautiful hot air balloon using scrapbook paper.
It's perfect for snail mail exchanges or as a gift!
For this lovely balloon, I used the Garden Party collection by Maggie Holmes, which, as you know, is one of my favorite collections.
