Thai tea with Boba recipe | How to make Thai iced tea
Thai Iced Tea Recipe🧋
For one pitcher:
• Thai tea leaves 80 g
• Hot water 150 ml
• Sugar 100 g
• Non-dairy creamer 150 g
• Sweetened condensed milk 200 ml
• Evaporated milk 120 ml
For one glass:
• Thai tea leaves 2 tablespoons
• Hot water 150 ml
• Brewed tea 100 ml
• Sugar 10 g
• Non-dairy creamer 20 g
• Sweetened condensed milk 30 g
• Evaporated milk 20 ml
Instructions
1. Boil the water until it’s hot.
2. Add the Thai tea leaves to the hot water and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
3. Strain the tea leaves out.
4. Mix in sugar, non-dairy creamer, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk.
5. Stir well and serve
